Position Title: Program Coordinator
Term: Full time, Permanent
Location: West Centre
Hours: 35 hours a week (Hybrid – 4 days on site, 1 day remote)
Salary Range: $60,00 to 65,000
Start date: September 8, 2026
Reports to: Get SET West, Manager
Position Summary
Our Get SET program takes a holistic approach to adult learning, providing inclusive, learner‑centred programming that supports participants in achieving meaningful employment, pursuing further education and training, and building greater independence. We are committed to creating engaging learning opportunities that meet learners where they are and empower them to reach their goals.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination and effective delivery of PTP's Get SET (formerly Literacy and Basic Skills) program. Working closely with the Program Manager, the Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of the program by overseeing participant outreach, intake, assessment, scheduling, learner progression, and ongoing program administration.
As a key liaison between instructors, participants, community partners, and administrative staff, the Program Coordinator plays an integral role in maintaining high‑quality service delivery and a positive learner experience. The Program Coordinator is responsible for accurate data management, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, monitoring program outcomes, and supporting the achievement of service targets.
