Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator coordinates community outreach initiatives that raise awareness of healthy living, connect service-area residents to essential preventive medical services, and facilitates seamless navigation through screenings and preventive care.

Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Health Education, Public Health, Nursing or related degree.
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: 2 Years Preferred: Experience with community outreach and health promotion.
License, Registry or Certification: Required: Valid Drivers License Preferred:
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Computer skills including Google Suite and Excel. Excellent communication and strong customer service skills are a must.
