Role Overview
The Program Coordinator – Senior Executive is responsible for ensuring the seamless
execution of learning programs by coordinating with learners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
The role focuses on program delivery, learner support, process coordination, and operational
excellence to deliver a high-quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities-
● Coordinate end-to-end program delivery and ensure timely execution of learning
activities.
● Act as the primary point of contact for learners, resolving queries through email, phone,
and other communication channels.
● Collaborate with internal teams, faculty, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program
operations.
● Monitor program progress, maintain learner records, and track key performance metrics.
● Ensure timely communication of program updates, schedules, assessments,
certifications, and learner engagement activities.
● Support social media management and marketing initiatives to promote learning
programs and enhance learner engagement.
● Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and learner
satisfaction.
● Maintain quality standards, documentation, and adherence to organizational processes.

● Basic knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and content
coordination.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business
requirements.
Qualifications-
● Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning
platforms is preferred.
● Prior experience in customer success, academic operations, or higher education will be
an advantage.
