Job Description - The Program Coordinator within the Office of Student Affairs plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of daily business operations. This position serves as the linchpin for coordinating a range of administrative activities, procurement processes, event planning, budget oversight, and database management. With a focus on maintaining seamless operations, the Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Associate Dean of Student Affairs, the Director of Student Affairs, the Assistant Director of Student Financial Assistance, and the Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Wellness. This position is essential to the overall success of the department and the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine.
Job responsibilities:
Salary Range - $38,722 - $44,531 Salary is commensurate on education, experience, and internal equity
Qualifications Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description. Required Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience - Minimum two years or more of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Education - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience - Knowledge of student affairs function; Banner experience
