Summary of Duties
- HR Coordinator :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical person to perform the calculations and tasks for the monitoring, processing and payment of payroll. Under the supervision of the Human Resources (HR) Officer, your will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, analyzing, preparing, and adjusting forecasts / reports on salary, social security contributions and benefit expenditures and budgets.
- Providing specialized HR support on Information Systems.
- Providing client service / support to staff in Mexico (country).
- Supporting the overall work of the section and performing other program related duties, as required
- Property Coordinator :
We are looking for a client service-oriented generalist to support a whole range of activities for the property section. Under the supervision of the Property Manager, your will be responsible for:
- Allocating, managing and reporting on all property related requests from internal clients.
- Leading on communication between internals clients, property team members and third-party contractors.
- Monitoring, contracting, procurement and property administration during the relocation season and as required.
- Supporting the overall work of the section and performing a wide range of task linked with property project management.
Area of Selection
- The position is open to people currently residing and legally able to work in Mexico (or who can get a work permit by their own means before an appointment).

Education
- *Valid documents include: “titulo”, “cedula”, or an academic record/official letter confirming that 100% of university courses have been completed _
Language
- Intermediate (similar to B2 or higher in the Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR) written and spoken proficiency in one of Canada’s official languages (English OR French) AND Spanish.
Experience (for both positions)
- Human resources OR :
- Finance / accounting OR :
- Property management, construction, contracting/procurement, or project/ facility management
- Experience providing customer service or services to internal / external clients
- Experience in preparing documents such as briefing notes, presentations, written correspondence and/or reports.

Asset Qualifications
- Experience working for a diplomatic mission or an international organization (e.g., Embassy, UN, World Bank, UNESCO, and similar).
- Experience using SAP (ex. Pulling reports, inputting transactions, ect.).
- Experience working with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) portal (ex. Inputting payroll and/or employee data).
- Experience in producing, analysing and reporting on budgets and expense forecasts.
- Experience interacting with the Mexican Government.
- Experience supervising staff and assigning work.
- Experience of residential construction and renovations industry including standards, practices and processes.
- Intermediate (B1 or higher in the CEFR) written and spoken proficiency in both official languages of Canada (French AND English).
- Intermediate knowledge of payroll (ex: calculating pay and benefits, deductions, reconciliations, etc.) for a private or public organization.
- Knowledge of staffing practices and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of benefits and compensation principles.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, including budget planning, expenses and reports.
Pay: $436,012.00 per year
