Job Description
  • Drive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support Adobe’s global wellbeing and benefits strategy.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders relative to ongoing engagement and activities, including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security and Employee Resource Center.
  • Participate in collecting and evaluating data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards.
  • Document, update and maintain all program collateral; both internal and external.
  • Answer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendor or internal client-facing roles.
  • Collect content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams and partner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on delivery of employee communications related to programs and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept to implementation for wellbeing and benefits-related events and activities.
  • Coordinate across multiple internal functions (GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety & Security, Employee Resource Center) to enable program delivery.
  • Manage program documentation and collateral updates for internal and external audiences.
  • Handle escalations and provide policy interpretation to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and prepare quarterly toolkit content for U.S. and global teams.
  • Work with Employee Communications and external consultants to produce and distribute employee communications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or other evidence of exceptional ability.
  • 5+ years’ experience effectively managing communications, engagement and onsite event activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones via email and video.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow, and experience with case management tracking solutions.
  • Strong MS Office skills; Excel and PowerPoint desired.
  • Ability to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder-facing skills with ability to influence decisions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to employ self-direction to accomplish tasks.

Compensation
  • Pay Rate: $56.34/hour
