Program Coordinator
Job Overview: Reports to: General Manager Location: Seattle, WA & Everett, WA Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator / New Program Integrator serves as the primary point of contact for new and transitioning aerospace programs. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate new customer requirements, processes, approvals, and production workflows into Valence's operations in Seattle and Everett. You will ensure that new programs launch on time, meet rigorous quality and compliance standards (including AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific approvals), achieve target margins, and support our mission to be the most trusted partner in aerospace surface finishing.

Requirements
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (Required) 1+ years of program coordinating

Work Environment: Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions.
