Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and administrative lead for the assigned Professional Development councils, programs, and stakeholder volunteer groups.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings and retreats.
  • Coordinate application, review and selection, enrollment, and program execution.
  • Monitor and collate data to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide onsite and administrative support to the planning and execution of professional development initiatives.
  • Ability to work occasional early mornings and evenings to support in-person session logistics.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 0-3 years of programmatic or administrative support experience within a professional environment including customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) and an openness to embracing and learning new technology.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Previous program support experience in non-profits, education, and/or healthcare.
  • Experience planning and developing work plans and agendas, events, material preparation, engagement, and expenses.
  • Proficiency with online application management and survey tools, such as SurveyMonkey Apply, in collecting and reviewing program applications and conducting surveys.

ADA/Physical Requirements

Must lift up to 25 lbs.

Extended periods seated or standing at a desk.

High use of computer and other office technology equipment.

Travel 6-10 days/yr.
