The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, coordination, and financial performance of assigned customer programs. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, Account Managers, internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer expectations. The Program Coordinator supports multiple programs simultaneously, maintains strong visibility into project status and financial details, and helps drive communication, accountability, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
13 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, administrative support, customer service, operations, accounting support, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate data, documentation, and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn and use ERP systems, customer portals, project tracking tools, and reporting platforms.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
