The base salary will be $62,480 - $89,040 per annum. Starting salary will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated qualifications.
Please note, this position is an 18-month temporary full-time contract opportunity covering a leave of absence.

About Us
The mission of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is to foster and enhance best practices in teaching and learning at Western University. To achieve its mission, the Centre utilizes an evidence-based approach to create and deliver programs that support the teaching and learning activities of faculty members, librarians and archivists, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students and graduate teaching assistants.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of the Centre for Teaching and Learning, the Program Coordinator (TA Programs) will coordinate the planning, organization and delivery of workshops, conferences, courses and other programs for teaching assistants, international teaching assistants and instructors at the Centre for Teaching and Learning. The Program Coordinator is the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and graduate students at the CTL and will ensure they have the required guidance, documentation, space, supplies, equipment and resources appropriate to their role and engagement within the unit. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing events related to the programs and will assist with the development of communications and marketing materials and graphics aimed at enhancing the reputation and awareness of the programs. The Program Coordinator will also provide support to the Director and Associate Directors in the planning and facilitation of teaching and learning initiatives.
