Sr Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst
Northrop Grumman Weapons System Division is currently seeking a Sr Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst to join our team in Plymouth, MN. The position will be located in Plymouth, MN. Position Summary:
- Prepare and present Estimate at Completion financial status in support of Corporate requirements on a quarterly basis
- Estimate monthly sales and operating margin by analyzing direct labor hours, raw material dollars, and other direct costs
- Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
- Track and forecast invoice submissions and cash receipts monthly
- Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
- Work with the program team and support required program meetings
- Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint
- Support customer required reporting requirements
- Forecast and analyze manpower needs based on current and proposed program budgets
Basic Requirements Sr Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4):
- This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 12 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in finance. Bachelor's degree with 8 years or Master's degree with 6 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong computer skills with high-level Excel skills, specifically the ability to work with pivot tables, lookup functions, and conditional formatting
- Must be a US citizen
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
