Job Title: Event Programs Coordinator

Location: Cupertino, CA (Fully Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months)

Shift: Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours


Role Overview

This role provides critical project management and operational support for a leading technology client's Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) external conference program. Working closely with the Program Manager, the Event Programs Coordinator ensures seamless planning, execution, and follow-through across a portfolio of high-profile conferences.

Key Responsibilities


  • Event Planning & Execution: Support end-to-end planning and on-site execution of conferences (including anticipated travel in October and November), assisting in developing timelines, run-of-show documents, and operational plans.
  • Communications: Draft stakeholder communications, manage the program inbox, resolve employee requests via ServiceNow, and synthesize bi-weekly leadership status reports.
  • Attendee Management: Act as a secondary point of contact for Tier 1 attendees via Slack, coordinate registrations, and design/analyze attendee surveys for actionable insights.
  • Content Management: Own the intake process for speaker and content submissions, ensuring accurate tracking and coordinating review workflows with internal teams.
  • Project Management: Maintain project timelines in Wrike, facilitate team meetings, track action items, and create comprehensive post-event recaps documenting key metrics and learnings.
  • Tools & Platforms: Build and refine presentation materials requiring proficiency in Keynote, alongside a working knowledge of Wrike, Slack, and ServiceNow.

Compensation: Final offer amounts are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
