highly organized, analytical, comfortable operating in
ambiguity, and able to translate complex information
into clear executive-ready materials.
Remote, work from home. Some travel may be
required from time to time.
Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
• Support leadership in translating OCI priorities into
clear objectives, execution plans, milestones, and
operating cadences across data center delivery
programs.
• Assist with annual planning, quarterly business
reviews, operating reviews, leadership meetings, and
long-range delivery planning.
Track key business priorities, decisions, action
items, and follow-through across regions and
functions.
• Help identify risks, dependencies, and gaps that
may impact delivery schedules, capacity
commitments, cost, or execution quality.
Operational Excellence & Governance
• Help manage the rhythm of the business, including
staff meetings, operating reviews, dashboards, KPI
reporting, and leadership updates.
• Support consistent reporting and governance across
delivery metrics, risks, escalations, and program
health.
• Partner with regional and functional teams to
improve visibility into portfolio execution, schedule
performance, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive process discipline by documenting decisions,
tracking actions, and ensuring owners and timelines
are clear.
Portfolio & Program Enablement
• Partner with delivery leaders, PMO, finance, and
operations teams to monitor portfolio health,
execution risks, and capital deployment.
Support escalation and resolution of issues affecting
data center delivery timelines, capacity delivery, or
operational readiness.
• Track progress against leadership-sponsored
initiatives and provide regular status updates.
• Support special projects focused on standardization,
process improvement, governance, and execution
model enhancements.
Executive Communications & Stakeholder
Management
• Develop clear, concise materials for leadership
reviews, including business updates, risk summaries,
portfolio status, capacity forecasts, and decision
documents.
• Synthesize complex cross-functional information
into actionable insights, recommendations, and
executive-level narratives.
• Serve as a coordination point between leadership
and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity,
and consistent messaging.
• Support preparation for major internal milestones,
executive reviews, and strategic discussions.
Organizational Effectiveness & Scale
• Support organizational planning, onboarding,
workforce planning, and team operating model
improvements as OCI scales its global delivery
organization.
• Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to
support talent processes, organizational reviews, and
leadership planning.
• Help improve team effectiveness by identifying
recurring friction points, process gaps, and
opportunities to simplify execution.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency,
and operational rigor.
Required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction
Management, Business, Operations, or a related
field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data center delivery,
infrastructure programs, construction management,

initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
including the ability to create executive-ready
materials.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and
problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track details,
and drive follow-through across stakeholders.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle
confidential or sensitive business information.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity while helping create
structure, clarity, and accountability.
