Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical cloud transformation and infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), and cross-functional team leadership.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, governing, and delivering complex programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, timelines, quality standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud and technology programs
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Project Plans
    • Schedules
    • Budgets
    • Resource Plans
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams
  • Provide regular executive status updates and project reporting
  • Drive alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

Risk & Governance

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Track dependencies and escalation items
  • Manage project scope changes and approval processes
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and project controls

Team & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, engineers, and vendors
  • Drive collaboration across global and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of project objectives

Process Improvement

  • Champion project management best practices
  • Support PMO process improvements and governance initiatives
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen principles to improve delivery efficiency
  • Contribute to organizational project management maturity

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Agile/Scrum Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience managing AWS cloud transformation programs
  • Experience working with federal, defense, or highly regulated environments
  • Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology programs
