Job Title
Northrop Grumman, Space Systems is currently seeking a to support Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Programs with primary focus on the D5 Block Requalification Phase B-1 and B-2 Programs supporting the Propulsion Systems Division.
This position includes interface with the three-factory campus Bacchus, Promontory and Clearfield VSET's in transitioning the materials obsolescence development phase into the full-scale qualification phase delivery to and static test, with post-test cutup evaluation for successful completion of qualification for insertion into the continuous D5 Production program. Additional future efforts in the strategy planning for future Block Requalification efforts to sustain the D5 Rocket motor production program with qualified replacement materials as future obsolescence efforts evolve.
This position will have responsibility for cost, schedule, technical execution and presentation in monthly reviews, quarterly reviews with additional Operating Unit stakeholders. Phase B-2 has full EVMS and IMS schedule requirements. Additionally, the candidate will be a point of contact with internal organizations and the customer with regular communication and presentations expected.
Primary Level Salary Range: $114,900.00 - $172,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
