We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and complex enterprise programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple data and analytics programs simultaneously.
• Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross-functional program coordination.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and program status reports.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and analytics stakeholders.
• Support AI and data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, reporting, and organizational standards.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing Data Analytics, BI, or Data Warehouse programs.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong experience with PowerPoint, Visio, and reporting tools.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
• AI/GenAI program management exposure.
• Data Governance and Enterprise Analytics experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
