We are seeking a senior
Program Manager
to lead a strategic data platform migration and the development of a new calculation engine on Databricks.
This role combines
program leadership and technical expertise . The successful candidate will define the roadmap, drive architecture direction, and lead an offshore delivery team to execute a complex migration and platform modernization program.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data platform migration.
Define migration strategy, roadmap, timelines, risks, and budget.
Drive the design and implementation of a Databricks-based calculation engine.
Provide technical direction on architecture, data pipelines, and engineering best practices.
Ensure CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and cost governance are embedded in the solution.
Conduct assessment and migration planning for legacy applications and data workloads.
Manage senior stakeholders and oversee offshore delivery teams.
Requirements
8+ years of Program or Delivery Management experience.
Proven experience delivering data platform migrations or cloud transformation programs.
Strong technical understanding of Databricks, data engineering, and platform architecture.
Ability to challenge and guide engineering teams on technical decisions.
Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with calculation engines, rules engines, or segmentation platforms.
Exposure to Salesforce, Heroku, or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services background.
Mandarin and/or French would be an advantage.
