Job Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and ensure adherence to the Program Master Schedule.
- Lead the Risk Management Process with the North American PMO, identify & assess risks and manage action plans.
- Responsible for NRC program budget submissions, monthly cost & margin tracking, budget control and reporting.
- Track scope evolution and identify scope creep; support NRC cost recovery initiatives with Commercial group.
- Define Statement of Work, Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Breakdown Structure, Resource Breakdown Structure and validate Work Package Agreements.
- Act as customer focal for status reporting, planning and scope changes; maintain excellent customer relationship.
- Program focal/lead for Development & Industrialization Toll Gate reviews, documentation submittals, support engineering audits, and program management updates.
- Lead the Integrated Program Team (IPT) to achieve performance against objectives.
- Manage all phases of the program including proposal preparation and contractual terms evaluation.
- Ensure all program outputs meet contract requirements within schedule and quality standards; report discrepancies.
- Manage the change board, minimize impact on budgets and schedule, seek cost reductions, and determine chargeability to customer or suppliers.
- Monitor costs & schedule, ensure program remains on target.
- Ensure all chargeable activities are asserted to the customer.
- Responsible for program profitability and compliance to business model.
- Lead internal and customer audit activities as required.
- Define terms of engagement for the program team (meetings, reviews, dashboards).
- Customer focal for after‑hours enquiries and support.
- Support new program bids as they arise.

- Business or Engineering university degree or equivalent.
- Working towards or holding PMP (Project Management Professional) designation.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Aerospace or related industry.
- Good understanding of Development & Industrialization processes and aerospace production flows.
- Strong knowledge of technical, production, commercial and financial aspects.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.

$90,500 to $113,000
