Duties
Serve as an A/E Program Manager leading the overall planning, execution, and risk management of complex acquisition projects.
Facilitate project teams through acquisition management processes.
Coordinate competitive and non-competitive engineering and technical service acquisitions, evaluating complex contractor proposals and technical methodologies through rigorous source selection processes.
Serves as the primary technical point of contact for A/E acquisition projects, assuring participation are in accordance with agreed management plan and customer commitment.
Serve as the primary point of contact, keeping leadership and customers informed of project progress and issues.
Integrate diverse requirements into comprehensive plans while establishing scope, schedules, and performance criteria.
Direct strategic planning for local, regional, and nationwide acquisition programs while providing critical budget inputs to senior management.
Manage multi-location, multi-agency projects complicated by overlapping interests and strict regulatory compliance.
Analyze cost reports and monitor performance metrics of multi-disciplinary engineering design teams implementing corrective actions to maintain technical project baselines.
Review cost reports, resolve unauthorized charges, and forecast budget/schedule trends to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, implementing Government policies and regulations.
