Program Manager End User Computing
The EUC Transition Program Manager will lead end-to-end End User Computing (EUC) service transitions, ensuring seamless transfer of people, processes, tools, and knowledge into a new operating model. The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization while maintaining service continuity and business confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EUC transition programs covering Service Desk, Desktop/Laptop Support, Field Services, IMACD, and endpoint environments
- Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readiness
- Manage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and services
- Establish transition governance, reporting, and executive communication
- Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues
- Coordinate across vendors, security, and operations teams
- Lead hyper care and stabilization, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state delivery
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience delivering EUC service transitions in enterprise environments
- Strong project/program management expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder transitions
- Solid understanding of EUC technologies and support models
- Ability to lead under tight timelines with minimal service disruption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in large-scale or outsourced EUC delivery models
- Strong experience in EUC transitions
- Proven project/program management background
