Program Manager (EUM) Job Duties

As a PROGRAM MANAGER (EUM) at the GS-0340-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:

  • Oversees and manages the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) database and End Use Monitoring (EUM) repository; responsible for developing strategic plans, prioritizing tasks, identifying system requirements, and overseeing the database's overall design, analysis, and interface functionality.
  • Manages the development of SCIP compliance requirements, conducts quality assurance reviews to validate data accuracy, ensures the database aligns with EUM regulatory requirements, and coordinates official responses to database information requests from audit agencies.
  • Manages the SCIP EUM helpdesk, providing customer service support, managing EUM reports, performing data comparisons, and conducting in-depth analysis to resolve user issues.
  • Manages the Material Tracking and Registration system to trace defense articles and specialized items from their point of origin to final delivery within the partner nation.
  • Trains the Security Cooperation SC EUM community-including Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs), Geographic Combatant Commands CCMDs, and Defense Security Cooperation Agency DSCA counterparts-on the operational use of the SCIP database.
  • Required to attain and maintain an Information Assurance Technical IAT Level I certification within 6 months of entering the position.
