Program Manager Duties
Serve as a Program Manager for one or more Facilities Division programs that may include the following: Real Property Management, Facility Asset Management, Asbestos Management, Sustainment, Restoration etc.
Implement agency decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy into the development of assigned programs.
Develop contract requirements packages (e.g. scopes of work, independent government cost estimates, contract data requirements, justifications, approvals, acquisition plans, source selection plans, etc.).
Provide budgetary guidance to headquarters and regional Facilities Division leaders, detail policy and procedures, and provide budget formulation assumptions.
Develop detailed programming, financial planning justification, and documentation for inclusion in the organizational / departmental short-term and long-term budgeting and planning processes.
