Summary
:
This role requires managing the integrated program schedule for facility build-out, including lab readiness and team relocation, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring a smooth transition. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in program management, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to manage high-visibility, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the integrated program schedule for facility build-out, equipment delivery, lab readiness, and team relocation.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across design engineering, test, DevOps, facilities, contractors, and Amazon workplace teams.
- Identify critical path tasks, resource constraints, and interdependencies, escalating and resolving issues proactively.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews with stakeholders and ensure documentation is continuously updated.
- Ensure communication clarity across all stakeholders and manage change control processes for evolving timelines.
Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in project/program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical fluency in lab environments, utilities planning, or equipment enablement.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly desirable, as is familiarity with R&D lab construction or hardware development facility moves.
- PMP certification or equivalent program management training is required.
