The Program Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for a single client program and is accountable for operational performance, service delivery outcomes, and client satisfaction. This role manages day-to-day client engagement, governance rhythms, KPI performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure program success.
The Program Manager operates as an individual contributor and is responsible for executing the client relationship model effectively. While expansion opportunities may be identified, this role primarily escalates growth initiatives to senior leaders rather than driving them independently.
