ABOUT THE ROLE
A high-bandwidth strategic partner and execution engine operating directly alongside Co-Founder — translating ambiguous, high-level vision across corporate strategy, marketplace dynamics, EPR growth, and capital allocation into scalable corporate reality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Program Management
- Own, orchestrate, and drive critical multi-functional initiatives initiated by the Co-Founder
- Maintain full alignment across Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Engineering
Business Diagnostics & Insights
- Deep-dive into complex datasets governing the marketplace ecosystem
- Identify operational bottlenecks and track company-wide OKRs
- Build performance visibility frameworks for executive leadership
Special Incubation & Pilots
- Design, launch, and optimize new business pilots or strategic geo-expansions
- Drive early-stage market validation from scratch before transitioning operations to business unit heads
High-Stakes Communication
- Author detailed executive briefs, investment materials, and performance dashboards for external stakeholders, board members, and Tier-1 institutional investors
Executive Proxy
- Serve as a trusted advisor and cross-department conduit
- Steer executive leadership meetings to ensure critical deliverables are monitored and executed on time
Personal Branding
- Shape and amplify the Co-Founder's external voice — LinkedIn, op-eds, panels, and industry forums
- Craft talking points, narratives, and content that position leadership as a thought leader in the circular economy space
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Pedigree
- 2–5 years in Top-Tier Management Consulting (Big 4, MBB), Venture Capital, or Strategy/Growth teams at high-growth B2B startups
- Bachelor's or MBA from premium institutions (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS, or equivalent) preferred
Analytical Powerhouse
- Advanced quantitative modeling capability
- Exceptional ability to process raw multi-channel operational data, extract hidden patterns, and convert them into clean executive strategies
Structured Communication
- Mastery in visual storytelling, building compelling board decks and clear presentation layouts
