- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related engineering- Advanced English- Previous experience as a Program Manager in manufacturing environment- Experience with project/program management techniques and methods within manufacturing operations- Experience with contract review, sales and customer service, negotiation- Experience with resource allocation and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Knowledge of ERP software
