About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join the Service Design and Delivery Branch (SDD). In this impactful role, you will work closely with the Department of Opportunities and Social Development (OSD) and with many teams across CSDS. You will report to a Director of SDD and be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative functionality in the Integrated Case Management system (ICM) and in other systems supporting OSD.
Primary Accountabilities
Qualifications And Experience
You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with several years of progressive, senior‑level management experience. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
