Responsibilities

• Contractor will be my program manager for Enterprise Client technology portfolio. The individual will orchestrate the work across workstreams ensuring everything is moving along and we have one portfolio view. They will create executive ready updates. Support industry analysis of CRM vendors and enable change management of the new CRM rollout. Specifically, user training, data entry, and process design for key users like chief of staff and admins.
