Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead and execute large-scale AI data collection, annotation, and workforce programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI data collection and annotation programs.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Drive program reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and operational performance.
- Manage large, distributed workforces and vendor networks across multiple geographies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Collaborate closely with operations, quality and vendor management teams.
- Handle escalations proactively and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, BPO, Crowdsourcing, AI Data, or Workforce Management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large-scale operations involving multiple vendors and teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish/Portugal.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML data annotation or data collection projects.
- Experience working with global clients across different time zones.
- Experience managing distributed freelance, crowdsourcing, or gig workforces.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
