About IN-DEED Foundation
IN-DEED Foundation works with government schools across Rajasthan to improve learning, digital literacy, STEM exposure and holistic development. The Foundation currently works with 200+ schools and 10,000+ students , with plans to expand across Rajasthan and other states.
Role
The Program Manager will lead and support the planning, implementation, monitoring and scaling of education programs across government schools, working closely with schools, government officials, field teams, CSR partners and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement academic, digital and holistic education programs.
- Coordinate with government education officials, schools, teachers and parents.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with CSR partners, donors and volunteers.
- Monitor field activities and manage data, assessments and reporting.
- Support field team KRAs, capacity building and performance.
- Contribute to expansion across 10 districts of Rajasthan and other states.
- Develop documentation, proposals, newsletters and social media content.
- Support fundraising and new program development.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for education and working with government schools.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Two-wheeler driving skills and own vehicle essential.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English and MS Office.
