Job Purpose: As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with others to manage customer programs relating to product introductions and ongoing service. You will also be responsible for ensuring reliable communication and interaction between internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. Preferred electrical and/or mechanical engineering experience. Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with program management and/or formal project management training (PMP or similar qualifications) is preferred. Experience with ERP systems and Change Management (ECOs).
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred experience with hardware & software development as it relates to electronics (ECUs), introduction of new hardware into manufacturing. Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other program management tools Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools, JIRA Scrum Methodologies, Polarion Exceptional oral and written communications. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
Pay Transparency: The annual salary for this role is $105,750 - $141,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
