Resources will support Indeed’s Application Security team by providing program management support for the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs. Responsibilities include leading team meetings, creating project documentation, managing change initiatives, and providing overall program coordination and guidance.

Requirements
Must-have skills:
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
- Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders. IQL/SQL and strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to work as a self-starter.
- Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Application Security domain knowledge (preferred).
