Program Manager Hybrid in Rochester Hills, MI
Our client, a global leader in design & manufacturing for the automotive sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their collaborative team in Rochester Hills.

Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to launch new automotive projects:
- Lead project planning, execution, and milestone tracking from concept through launch
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales
- Manage customer expectations, timing, and technical deliverables
- Facilitate regular customer and internal project meetings
- Drive risk management, change control, and continuous improvement
- Support sample builds, production readiness, and validation activities
- Ensure project documentation aligns with internal standards and customer requirements
- Collaborate with global teams and maintain customer-facing professionalism
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of program management experience in the automotive industry
- Experience launching products with plastic injection mold tooling (preferred)
