SAP Program Manager/Project Manager
with extensive expertise in leading digital transformation programs in automotive environments, managing complex SAP projects, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives in time, cost, and quality.#### Must Have Skills
* Demonstrable experience in managing large SAP programs and projects, preferably in multinational environments in the automotive sector
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
* Strong knowledge of main business processes associated with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and sales
* Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects, from definition phase to start-up and stabilization
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and corporate strategy
* Experience in coordinating functional, technical, and external teams, both in person and remotely
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
* Experience in risk management
* Experience in planning, budgeting, economic control, and executive reporting
* Ability to lead management committees
* Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making
* Experience in industrial discrete manufacturing environments, with special knowledge of production, planning, quality, and logistics processes specific to the automotive sector
* Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) models
* Knowledge of Just-In-Sequence (JIS) models
* Knowledge of supplier management and plant operations### About Us
