Program Manager
The Program Manager leads cross-functional engineering efforts for engineer-to-order projects, translating customer requirements into robust system designs and coordinating activities across engineering, operations, marketing, and technical support to meet project schedules and delivery commitments. This role manages engineering documentation, design changes, and technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with internal processes, adherence to quality standards, and successful delivery of complex capital equipment solutions.

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing and engineering-focused environment that centers on the design and production of complex capital equipment.
