Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Manager role involves managing and overseeing the end‐to‐end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.
This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program.
This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross‐functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.Typical DayOrganize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frames, funding requirements and staffing allotments to various phases.Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.Manage coordination of product life‐cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction while controlling different accounts of varying complexities.Serve as the key communication channel for customers and act as escalation point for customer issues.Oversee customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.Maintain and develop additional business with customers.Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.Hold up production sites for projects, costs and other customer‐related matters through business and expertise.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred.Advanced English NPI ́s senior experience.Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of related business.Demonstrates detailed expertise in a very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.Understands the strategic impact of the function across sitBenefitsCompetitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.XS65.Equal Opportunity EmployerFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
