•Ensure that all designs, inspection devices, etc., are up to date, ensuring compliance with all customer requirements and specifications at all times.
•Responsible for providing regular updates on the status of all programs.
In the case of program-critical items, you will be responsible for immediately informing the Manager.
•Provide technical support for all product launches, both within the company and with the customer.
•Research, analyze, and present cost-saving proposals.
•Conduct engineering and manufacturing feasibility studies.
•Establish program timelines and ensure that schedules are met.
•Analyze and assist in the development of manufacturing tools and processes to improve costs and increase inventory turnover.
•Track and analyze all program costs and ensure they remain within budget.
Any deviations will be reported to the general manager.
•Maintain the confidentiality of the company and its business.
•Prepare budgets for new projects.
