We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the rollout, governance, and operational execution of a field sales enablement platform for a premier global technology client. In this role, you will be the central driving force managing global rollouts, country readiness, UAT coordination, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch operational stability across multiple countries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Governance & Rollout Management: Own the master rollout tracker, country sequencing, and launch calendar. Maintain a weekly governance rhythm with Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and country teams while keeping leadership updated via clear RAID logs.
Country Launch Readiness: Drive country readiness planning before UAT and go-live. Ensure checklists, configurations, training, support, and communication plans are completely sealed and signed off.
UAT Coordination & Quality Governance: Coordinate end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. Partner with Product, QA, and Engineering to ensure no critical bugs leak into production.
Stakeholder & Vendor Communication: Act as the central coordination point between client stakeholders, country teams, vendor teams, and internal delivery units. Maintain strong trust and strict escalation discipline.
Post-Launch Hypercare & Operational Stability: Own the hypercare governance period post-launch. Track support issues, monitor ticket SLAs, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeat issues, and ensure a smooth transition to steady-state BAU operations.
Adoption & Performance Governance: Monitor adoption, usage, and country health metrics alongside Analytics teams. Coordinate retraining or operational interventions to ensure long-term rollout success.
Team Coordination & Mentoring: Direct work across Product Analysts, Operations Leads, Training Specialists, and support teams while building repeatable SOPs and launch playbooks.
What We Are Looking For:
Program Management & Platform Understanding:
7–10 years of experience in program management, platform operations, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
Proven hands-on experience managing multi-country/multi-region rollouts using project trackers, RAID logs, and governance dashboards.
Strong understanding of the product release lifecycle: from discovery, build, and UAT, through to hypercare and BAU.
Comfort working with mobile/web platforms, enterprise applications, or field-force/sales enablement tools.
Stakeholder & Operational Excellence:
Top-tier client-facing communication skills with an ability to manage business stakeholders, country teams, and vendor teams simultaneously.
Experience managing launch readiness, training workflows, ticket SLAs, and using analytics to drive operational decisions.
Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
Tools & Systems (Preferred Exposure):
Project Management: Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
Data & Presentation: Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with ticketing/support trackers, UAT defect tools, and a basic understanding of cloud-based/API-driven platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, Engineering, Business, or Technology background.
Prior experience in a client-facing program management or vendor-managed delivery model within global tech, retail, or consumer electronics.
PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
