Program Manager
Koniag Management Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ten (10) years' experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations.
- Ten (10) years' experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing.
- Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs. Five (5) years' experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.
- Five (5) years' experience with the DoW's Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers.
- Ten (10) years demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
- System Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Physical Sciences
- Software Engineering
- Cyber Engineering
- AI /ML Engineering
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Ten (10) years' experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.
- Five (5) years' experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).
Clearance Requirement:
- TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
