Job Title: Program ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project and program delivery.Develop project charters, business plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with Courts stakeholders, vendors, and government departments.Lead project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.Support digital transformation, agile delivery, and organizational change initiatives.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and executive briefings.Ensure project objectives, milestones, and business outcomes are achieved.Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams.Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong Program/Project Management experience in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.Strong leadership and change management experience.Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.Work ArrangementOnsite role in Alberta, Canada.Standard working hours: 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (Alberta Time).Additional RequirementsCriminal Background Check required.Enhanced Security Clearance (including Credit Check).Completion of mandatory government training after onboarding.#J-18808-Ljbffr
