Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership
- Define and articulate the program vision, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Develop a comprehensive program roadmap, including key milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Conduct program-level risk assessments, identify potential
- challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
Portfolio Management
- Oversee a portfolio of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring consistent application of project management best practices.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project managers within the program.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners.
- Proactively communicate program status updates, key performance indicators, and potential risks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and foster collaborative relationships.
Resource Optimization
- Manage and allocate program resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and infrastructure.
- Optimize resource utilization across projects to maximize
- program impact and efficiency.
Program Evaluation & Improvement
- Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure program impact.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure ongoing program optimization and success.
Key Skills & Experience
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with over 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in driving large-scale transformation efforts and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in managing both onshore and offshore operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing resources effectively across complex initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to align projects with strategic objectives and deliver business value.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders internally and externally.
