Program Analyst
We are seeking a contractor to support Enterprise Performance Management initiatives. This role has a primary focus on the execution of the year-end (Q4) performance cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support. The position will contribute to efficient cycle execution, deeper data analysis, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 510 years of relevant experience is required. Experience supporting enterprise-wide processes or annual cycles, such as performance management or talent reviews, is necessary.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends are required. Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is also needed.
Additional Skills: Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and effective communication skills to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders. The ability to work across cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels is essential.
