Duties
Leads team comprised of program integration and earned value management personnel and reports to Engineering/Manufacturing Group Leader in a Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Contract Management Office (CMO)
Supervises personnel performing support of critical/complex Acquisition Category I system design, development, and production contracts. Assigns/prioritizes work; ensures subordinates have capabilities/resources to accomplish their tasks.
Evaluates performance of subordinates. Provides advice, counsel, instruction, and decisions to subordinates.
Leads evaluations and reporting of program cost, schedule, and technical performance to include prediction of future program performance; assures that relevant programmatic information is shared.
Reviews/recommends approval of Program Assessment Reports, which address contractor performance.
Recommends resolution of deficiencies to CMO Commander.
