Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, PMO with 8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in life sciences or similar global organizations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional program execution, drive PMO governance, manage risks and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across product development, market research, data, quality, vendor management, training, change management, and launch readiness. Experience working across global teams, particularly in the US and Brazil, is essential.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Program Management/PMO experience
- Experience managing multi-workstream global programs
- Strong PMO governance, planning, risk, and dependency management
- Stakeholder management across multiple time zones and functions
- Experience in life sciences or similarly complex organizations
- Ability to drive execution in evolving project environments
Preferred Skills
- Portuguese language proficiency
- Primary Market Research or Commercial Insights experience
- AI or Data Program experience
- PMP or CSPO certification
