IT Program Manager, Principal
Seeking a Principal IT Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology programs. This role requires strong experience in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple IT programs aligned with business goals
- Develop program strategy, timelines, and performance metrics
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and risk management
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Track project performance, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation standards
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT program/project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management
- Experience with PPM tools (e.g., Planisware)
- PMP certification (PMI)
- SAFe Agilist / Lean Portfolio Management.
