Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Program Plan: Must Have (Define detailed program plans including project interdependencies and get buy-in from stakeholders.
- Drive program teams.
- Risk & Issue Management, Change Management) . Translate business vision and business case into program plans and get buy-in from stakeholders.
- This is a multi-dimensional and multi-functional role. You will need to be comfortable reporting program status to executives, as well as diving into technical discussions with internal engineering teams and external partners.
- You should collaborate with, and leverage, colleagues in business development, product management, analytics, marketing, engineering, and partner organizations.
- You must manage multiple projects and ensures all releases on time.
- You are responsible to manage and deliver solutions to support an organizations vision and strategic direction.
- The program manager delivers the solution to support an organizations vision and strategic direction. Capable to working with a different type of customer and should possess good customer handling skills. Should have experience in defining the project and delivery plan for each assignment
Qualifications:
- Location: Indore
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects across multiple functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration platforms.
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
