Job Title
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in project program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing global, multi-country programs and application portfolios across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and/or other enterprise systems. Strong understanding of portfolio governance, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise architecture. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of business acumen. PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications preferred. Experience working with remote, distributed teams across different time zones.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle. Experience managing regulatory and compliance-related programs in highly regulated industries e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom. Multilingual capability or international work experience is a plus.
