Main Duties & Responsibilities
Summary: PennAero is hiring a Program Manager at our RSA Engineered Products company in Simi Valley, CA. RSA provides flight-critical components and assemblies for the commercial, defense and business jet markets. RSA designs and produces custom-engineered high pressure/high-temperature ducting assemblies for each customer's specific performance requirements. RSA's Peri-SealTM is one of the most sought-after connectors in the aerospace industry. Additionally, RSA designs and produces flexible joints and hoses, ozone converters and many complex assemblies to meet stringent customer needs.

Job Summary
Plan, direct, control, and manage the activities involved with the negotiation, preparation, and execution of a contract or program between the company and customer to ensure that fulfillment of all contractual and program requirements are met. Will be responsible for the financial success for projects and programs.

This role involves access to technical data and/or hardware subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In order to comply with these laws, employment is contingent upon verifying your status as a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15, or obtaining any required government authorization.
Compensation
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
