- 8+ years of Project / Program / Software Delivery experience
- Communication skills are the highest priority must be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in software delivery specifically data initiatives (data science, cloud data migrations, or data engineering preferred)
- Ability to push back on leadership / stakeholders, work closely with developers, and own end to end delivery of software projects.
