What's a typical day as Senior Program Manager? You'll be:
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives supporting the organization's contingent workforce program, reporting to the HR Project Sponsor.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Serving as a key liaison between the organization and MSP partners, facilitating business reviews and monitoring vendor performance.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 7+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on MSP contingent workforce programs.
- Possess a strong understanding of contingent labor operations, workforce solutions, and compliance.
- Have prior experience managing a contingent worker program or expansion in the EMEA region.
